Miami Private Chauffeur — Brickell, Downtown, and the MIA Corridor

For MIA runs out of Brickell, we default to SR-836 West to LeJeune Road because the surface streets through Little Havana and the Miami River bridges are unpredictable on weekday mornings — the Brickell Avenue and SW 2nd Avenue bascule bridges over the river open on demand for commercial traffic and can hold a car for 8 to 12 minutes. Meet-and-greet pickups at MIA are handled at the Central Boulevard Level 1 arrivals lanes; for groups with long dwell we use the hourly garage on Level 2 of the Flamingo/Dolphin garages to avoid the curb-side 3-minute rule enforced by MDAD ground transportation officers. PortMiami runs drop at the specific terminal (A through J, including the Royal Caribbean Terminal A "Crown of Miami") rather than the generic port entrance because the Port Boulevard tunnel exit spills traffic far from the forward terminals. During Ultra Music Festival weekend, Bayfront Park closures reroute everything through Biscayne Boulevard and NE 2nd Avenue — we pre-position vehicles at the Epic Hotel garage to avoid getting boxed in. Miami Heat playoff nights collapse the Kaseya Center (FTX Arena) block around Biscayne Blvd / NE 8th St; post-game pickups work best staged on NE 7th Street east of NE 2nd Avenue. Art Basel week (first week of December) is the single largest annual disruption — Miami Beach Convention Center shuttles, satellite fair traffic in Wynwood and the Design District, and private-jet overflow at MIA general aviation all compress the fleet, so we hold reserves at the InterContinental and the EAST Miami in Brickell City Centre.
