Florida Car Service is a statewide Florida chauffeur operation based in Miami. We provide private, pre-booked chauffeured ground transportation for airport transfers, hourly charter, corporate travel, and cruise terminal transfers across Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Coral Gables, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Naples and Key West. Every ride is quoted in advance, dispatched from a live operations desk, and covered by real-time flight tracking when it touches a Florida airport.

We cover eight Florida airports — MIA, FLL, PBI, MCO, TPA, JAX, RSW and EYW — and the four primary cruise terminals: PortMiami, Port Everglades, Port Canaveral and Port of Tampa. Three vehicle classes (Luxury Sedan, Executive SUV, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van) are selected at booking based on party size and luggage count.

Airport pickups run on flight-tracked scheduling: our dispatch desk monitors your inbound flight number from the moment your plane pushes back at origin, and the assigned chauffeur arrives at the terminal curb timed to your actual wheels-down rather than the published schedule. At MIA, pickups happen at the Arrivals Level 1 curbside across from baggage carousels in Terminals D, E, F, G, H, or J — Terminal D handles most American Airlines domestic banks, Terminal E and J handle international arrivals where the 60-minute complimentary wait window applies. At FLL, the driver stages in the lower-level arrivals lane at Terminals 1 through 4, with Terminal 1 covering Southwest and JetBlue and Terminal 4 handling most international carriers. MCO pickups use Terminal A or Terminal C depending on your carrier — the new Terminal C opened in 2022 and serves a growing roster of international and low-cost carriers. TPA uses the main terminal arrivals curb on Level 1 near the blue-side elevators, one of the fastest airport-to-vehicle handoffs in Florida because of Tampa's compact single-terminal layout. PBI in West Palm Beach uses the dedicated ground-transportation lane on the lower level, and JAX pickups stage at the commercial vehicle curb outside the main baggage hall on the arrivals level.

Pricing is fixed at booking and covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, all tolls on the Florida Turnpike, Dolphin Expressway, I-595 Express, Sawgrass Expressway, Veterans Expressway in Tampa, and the 408/417/429 network around Orlando. There are no surge windows even during peak demand periods like Art Basel week in Miami Beach, Formula 1 weekend at Hard Rock Stadium, or holiday travel around Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are no fuel surcharges, no gratuity line items added post-trip, and no toll pass-throughs where the rider reimburses SunPass charges after drop-off. The fare you accept at booking is the fare you pay at the end of the ride. Hourly charters start at a two-hour minimum with mileage-free routing inside the booked metro area, and extensions are billed in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate confirmed at booking.

South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach). The densest coverage zone. Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Coral Gables, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Hollywood, and Doral each have dedicated driver pools. Airport runs from South Florida touch MIA, FLL, and PBI — the three airports within a 90-mile corridor along I-95. Cruise traffic flows to PortMiami (accessed via the Port Boulevard tunnel from I-395) and Port Everglades (off US-1 at the 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale). Brightline rail stations in Miami Central and Fort Lauderdale generate a growing share of intercity connections — riders arriving by train and continuing by private car to meetings in Brickell, events on South Beach, or FLL cruise terminals. South Florida is also the origin for most cross-state transfers to Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and Key West.

Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, Seminole). Orlando, Kissimmee, and Winter Park anchor the central region. MCO is the primary airport, and the surrounding theme-park corridor (Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, ICON Park) generates consistent transfer volume. The Convention Center district on International Drive is a corporate-event hub, and Brightline's Orlando station at the airport connects intercity rail passengers who need ground transport to resort properties, offices in downtown Orlando, or the Lake Nona medical cluster. Port Canaveral, about 50 miles east on the 528 Beachline Expressway, handles Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Norwegian embarkations from Florida's Space Coast.

Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida. Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota fall under the TPA airport coverage area. The Port of Tampa cruise terminal on Channelside Drive handles Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Norwegian sailings — most riders connecting from TPA take the Selmon Expressway or Crosstown route and arrive at the terminal in under 15 minutes. Further south, Naples and Fort Myers connect through RSW (Southwest Florida International), with the typical Naples-to-RSW run covering about 35 miles on I-75 in 40 minutes outside snowbird season. The snowbird months from November through April are the peak demand window for RSW and Naples transfers, with seasonal residents arriving on weekly charter flights from the Northeast and Midwest. Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena in Tampa drive event-night surges that we pre-staff with dedicated vehicles staged at nearby hotel lots.

Northeast Florida and the Keys. Jacksonville is served by JAX with transfers across Duval County, the Beaches communities (Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra), and Amelia Island. At the opposite end of the state, Key West connects through EYW for local airport runs and through longer-haul transfers up US-1 to Miami or Fort Lauderdale — a 160-mile drive that takes roughly 3.5 hours depending on Seven Mile Bridge traffic and seasonal congestion through Islamorada and Key Largo. Key West transfers peak during Fantasy Fest in October, holiday weeks in December, and the spring-break corridor from mid-February through April. Drivers on the Keys route carry extra water and a secondary phone charger because cell service drops between Marathon and Big Pine Key.
