Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of carserviceflorida.co and any reservation booked through this site. By booking a ride, you agree to the terms below.

Last updated: April 2026

1. The agreement

Florida Car Service is a brand operated in partnership with True North VIP LLC (“TNVIP”, the operator of record). Reservations booked through this site are fulfilled by TNVIP, which maintains the operating authority, insurance, and driver network required under Florida law. References below to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Florida Car Service and TNVIP collectively.

2. Services we provide

Chauffeured ground transportation in Florida, including airport transfers, hourly charters, corporate travel, cruise-port runs, point-to-point rides, and event transportation. Vehicle categories include luxury sedans, executive SUVs, and Sprinter vans. Actual vehicle model is selected from our fleet based on your booked category and availability; exact make/model is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

3. Booking process

All reservations submitted through this site are initially quote requests. A dispatcher confirms vehicle availability and final pricing, then emails you a secure payment link. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received. Quoted rates are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We do not store full card details on our systems.

4. Pricing and fees

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and include the base fare, standard mileage, and any applicable Florida sales tax. Not included (unless specifically listed on the quote): airport parking or toll fees, gratuity, additional stops beyond the quoted itinerary, and overage wait time (see the Wait Time Policy).

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation terms are published in our Cancellation Policy. Modifications made at least 2 hours before pickup are free, subject to vehicle availability. Approved refunds post to the original card within 5–10 business days.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and dropoff addresses and, for airport arrivals, the correct airline and flight number.
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time. See the Wait Time Policy for the complimentary grace periods.
  • Notify dispatch at least 48 hours in advance of special requests such as child seats (see the Child Seat Policy) or a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (see Accessibility).
  • Refrain from consuming food, smoking (including e-cigarettes), vaping, or using illegal substances in the vehicle. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged for violations.
  • Cover all passengers and their luggage under the booked vehicle’s posted capacity. Overloading is a safety issue and the chauffeur may refuse service.

7. Chauffeur and vehicle standards

Every chauffeur holds a valid Florida driver’s license plus any for-hire endorsement required by the city of operation. Vehicles are commercially insured and registered as for-hire/limousine service. The operator’s insurance certificates are available on request.

8. Right to refuse or terminate service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger whose behavior threatens the safety of the chauffeur, other passengers, or the public, or who refuses to comply with the restrictions in section 6. In such cases no refund is issued.

9. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, missed flights, or missed meetings) even if advised of their possibility.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: traffic, road closures, weather, flight delays, act of a common carrier, strike, civil unrest, or government action.

10. Property left in vehicles

We do our best to locate and return items left in a vehicle but make no guarantee of recovery. Contact dispatch within 24 hours of your ride. Return shipping fees, if required, are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or a reservation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Claims of $10,000 or less may, at either party’s election, be brought in small-claims court in Miami-Dade County.

Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as our services and applicable law evolve. Material revisions will be communicated by email to customers with active bookings and reflected on this page. The version in effect at the time your reservation is confirmed controls that reservation.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
