Booking Policies

The following policies apply to every Florida Car Service booking across all four service types.

Flight Tracking

All airport pickups include real-time flight tracking. Pickup times automatically adjust for delays at no extra cost.

Wait Time

Complimentary wait time: 15 minutes for scheduled pickups, 60 minutes for international airport arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic arrivals.

Cancellation

Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup. 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours. Full charge for no-shows.

What is the difference between Hourly Charter and Airport Transfer?+
Airport Transfer is a fixed point-to-point ride between an address and one of the eight Florida airports (MIA, FLL, PBI, MCO, TPA, JAX, RSW, or EYW), with real-time flight tracking and meet-and-greet at arrivals. Hourly Charter books a chauffeur by the hour with a two-hour minimum for multi-stop itineraries, meetings, and events in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, or Hillsborough county.
Which Florida cruise ports do you transfer to?+
The Cruise Port Transfer service covers four ports: PortMiami, Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral on the Space Coast, and the Port of Tampa on the Gulf Coast. All four include luggage assistance on embarkation and debarkation days.
How many passengers and bags fit in each vehicle class?+
The Luxury Sedan (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or BMW 5 Series) seats up to 3 passengers with 3 luggage pieces. The Executive SUV (Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator) seats up to 6 passengers with 6 luggage pieces. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van (Executive configuration) seats up to 12 passengers with 12 luggage pieces.
What happens if my flight is delayed or early?+
All airport pickups include real-time flight tracking, and pickup times automatically adjust for delays at no extra cost. International arrivals receive 60 minutes of complimentary wait time; domestic arrivals receive 30 minutes, measured after landing.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged at 50% of the booking. No-shows are charged in full. The policy applies to Airport Transfer, Hourly Charter, Corporate Transportation, and Cruise Port Transfer bookings.
Do you offer Corporate Transportation accounts?+
Yes. Corporate Transportation is an account-based service for business travelers, roadshows, and executive transfers across the Florida service area. It is the right fit for companies with recurring executive travel between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.
Is there a minimum booking length for Hourly Charter?+
Yes. Hourly Charter bookings carry a two-hour minimum. The service is intended for multi-stop itineraries such as meetings, events, and private multi-venue days within a single county (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, or Hillsborough).
Can the Sprinter Van be used for group airport transfers?+
Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van seats up to 12 passengers with 12 luggage pieces, making it suitable for group Airport Transfer bookings at MIA, FLL, MCO, TPA, or any other airport in the service area. Real-time flight tracking applies to group transfers the same way it does to sedan and SUV bookings.
