Naples Car Service — Fifth Avenue, Marco Island, and the RSW Corridor

Naples runs on a distinctly seasonal rhythm. From November through April the population swells with snowbirds and seasonal residents, and the Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South corridors, the Waldorf Astoria Naples (formerly the Naples Grande), the Ritz-Carlton Naples and Ritz-Carlton Tiburón, the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, and the Inn on Fifth all operate at full season capacity. Off-season (June through September), demand contracts sharply and much of downtown closes earlier. For dispatch, this means vehicle positioning follows season: during winter we pre-stage at Waldorf Astoria, Ritz-Carlton, and Naples Beach Club valet ranks; during summer we run mostly on-demand. RSW — Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers — is the primary airport at 35-50 minutes via I-75 North to Daniels Parkway (exit 131). RSW has a three-concourse layout (Concourses B, C, D) with a unified landside terminal, and the entry loop from Terminal Access Road feeds straight to arrivals/departures. APF (Naples Airport) on North Road is a general aviation field used for private charter and light jets — common for seasonal residents arriving on Part 135 flights; we handle FBO pickups at Naples Aviation and Elite Jets directly on the ramp. Marco Island is accessed via Collier Boulevard (SR-951) from I-75 exit 101 or via Judge S.S. Jolley Bridge on the Marco Island Causeway; a round trip to Marco adds 30-40 minutes each way to any Naples itinerary, and the single bridge can back up during sunset beachgoer traffic in season. Fifth Avenue South is pedestrian-heavy in the 500-800 blocks and parking is valet-only at most restaurants (Campiello, Sea Salt, Bha! Bha!, The Continental, Truluck's) — we coordinate with on-property valet for loads. Third Street South is the quieter shopping district and loads at the 1200-1300 block on Broad Avenue. The Naples Winter Wine Festival in late January, the Naples Pickleball US Open Championships in April, and the Stone Crab Festival in October are the three largest demand peaks. Hurricane risk is significant — Hurricane Ian in 2022 devastated the area, and the 2024 storms affected Marco Island causeways; pre-storm evacuation routes use I-75 North. Afternoon thunderstorms from late May through September can flood US-41 north of Pine Ridge Road and Golden Gate Parkway at Goodlette-Frank. Alligator Alley (I-75 East) is the direct connection to Fort Lauderdale and Miami at roughly 2 hours 15 minutes; we run this regularly for cross-state transfers and MIA connections when RSW does not have the right international service.
