How long is the transfer from RSW to Naples?

RSW to Naples is 35 to 45 minutes via I-75 South. Most Naples drop-offs target the 5th Avenue South corridor, Olde Naples, or the beach hotels along Gulf Shore Boulevard. During peak snowbird season (December through April), I-75 between the Estero interchange and the Naples exits carries heavier traffic, which can push toward the 45-minute end. Off-season, the corridor runs closer to 35 minutes.

Do you transfer from RSW to Marco Island?

Yes. RSW to Marco Island is 50 to 65 minutes via I-75 South to SR-951, then across the Jolley Bridge onto the island. The Jolley Bridge is a two-lane causeway that can back up on weekend afternoons in season. Drop-offs go directly to the JW Marriott Marco Island, Hilton Marco Island, or residential addresses. The return trip for departures follows the same route.

The compact single-terminal layout means shorter walks than larger hubs. Time beyond the grace period is billed in 15-minute increments.

What vehicles are available for RSW airport transfers?

Captiva Island is approximately 15 minutes beyond Sanibel via Periwinkle Way and Sanibel-Captiva Road. Is the RSW transfer price truly fixed?

Yes. The quoted price includes the fare, fuel, all tolls (Sanibel Causeway, I-75 if applicable), airport access fees, and the chauffeur. Snowbird-season traffic on I-75 or construction on Daniels Parkway does not adjust the fare. The only post-booking changes are passenger-initiated: adding stops, upgrading the vehicle class, or extending wait time.

Should I fly into RSW or MIA for Naples?

RSW is the practical airport for Naples. It is 35 to 45 minutes north of Naples on I-75. Miami International (MIA) is roughly 125 miles east of Naples across Alligator Alley (I-75 East / SR-84), a drive of approximately two hours. Unless your flight routing or pricing strongly favors MIA, RSW saves significant ground time. We serve both airports — book an MIA transfer if that is your best flight option.

What is the cancellation policy for RSW transfers?

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Within 24 hours, 50 percent is charged. No-shows are billed at 100 percent. Mandatory airport closures due to hurricanes waive the cancellation window. Flight cancellations with rebooking move the reservation at no penalty.
